Slashdot | Review: World of Warcraft
I am a great Warcraft III fan, I love it. More than any of the other games I have tried. Maybe its the fact that there were 6 people at a time, dueling it out together. Or the fact, that if they could not get together, you could go to battle.net and duke it out their.
The only thing I am scared of is the addiction that comes with playing MMORPG's. I have examples of dozens of friends who have ruined their lives because of games. On the other hand, I dont have television. Now if I can only stop watching programs downloaded through Bittorrent, I might have MMORPGs as an alternative. Though it would be hard on my wallet.
There is another cool MMORPG I blogged about a bit earlier. Eve has cool graphics, and seems well recommended. Dont know how the game actually is though, and I guess unless you have an addicted friend you wont really be able to tell.
