igrep
I just heard about iGrep. Apparently Wil Wheaton is teaming up with developershed.com for this site. An interesting idea. But what I find interesting is the interface that these vertical search engines provide. They all look similar to google. Fast to load, and barely have anything other than a logo, and a text box, and a couple of links.
indeed.com is another such search engine with just such an interface.
Its a pleasure to see such interfaces. It's so frustrating waiting for hotmail/yahoo mail pages to load.
