I've been having a hard time setting up my new machine (Inspiron E1505). All sorts of weirdness. Glad its the weekend!
I'll probably write about it later.
I've managed to install and remove Ubuntu (breezy badger and dapper drake), SuSE 10.0, Fedora Core 5, and one more OS, that might get me in trouble if I name it :)
I might try Gentoo next, but it depends. I'm still looking for the perfect install... one where all hardware/software works. So far Ubuntu was the best of the bunch I've tried.
Things haven't changed much with Linux distros in the year that I've spent in OS X land.
